Employee Review
Current Employee – Sales & Account Manager in Nottingham, England
Recommends (6 May 2014)
Positive Outlook
Have been working at SURE24 full-time (More than 5 years)
Pros
“Working at SURE24 allows freedom and flexibility in an open atmosphere.
The sales team is small and as such the Managing Director is keen to allow employees the luxury of deciding for themselves the direction of effort. We supply a wide range of technical surveillance equipment, particularly to Government sectors (Police, National Crime Agency etc) and members of staff are encouraged to become familiar with all products… including expensive thermal imaging cameras which we can take home to play with!”
Cons
“Management are keen for members of staff to direct their own work and whilst this is liberating it can also become a stressful environment if an employee is not able to use his/her initiative and justify their efforts within a particular project. For an enthusiastic individual who is able to successfully manage their own time and targets this is not an issue.”
