“Awful service. Delinquent lazy joking staff who obviously don’t care about anything but money and their commission. Absolutely avoid in every case.
Not only are they impossible to reach and actively discourage contact, but they also aren’t helpful when you do manage to talk to them. The staff seem to know nothing and really do not care about their customers.
While setting up your contract and doing the initial paperwork they will act in an extremely unprofessional manner and will forget/lose important documents. In our experience this led to calls from them days before our move in date (and following all clears from themselves and the landlords) saying that they had forgotten important parts of the process and that the deal would fall through unless we could provide them with bank details (that had already been provided).
At the end of the tenancy they removed money from our deposit without a logical explanation and it took months of emailing to get a reply from them,, and they also would not agree to meet in person or talk things out over the phone.
They’ll happily take your money in any way they can. Genuinely one of the worst experiences I’ve had with any company ever. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.”
