Poor Values
I worked for CRG for about 2 years, worked 70+ hours a week and over 100 hours at christmas and when I raised a concern at a property with bullying, they just didnt give me any shifts and ignored my calls. Very stressful and they do not look after dedicated staff. They dont embed or demonstrate good values at all. They could have changed since but I wouldn’t go back.
Care Assistant (Former Employee) – Manchester, Greater Manchester – 23 October 2020
