Horrible

Pros

Nothing – it’s very difficult to navigate thru the system.

Cons

  • First of all, the distributor that we used to buy the product has no clue to the capability of the system. Their only tactic is to lower the selling price of the software until you think it’s a no brainer to buy.
  • At first you start training with the distributor, until you realize that they have no idea how to make this thing work. Then you deal with Infor direct (at a higher hourly rate).
  • The biggest problem is that it is so slow, that it takes forever to complete tasks.
  • If you care about your time, money & stress level, stay away. BUYER BEWARE.

Employee Reviews

Indeed

“Going public”
Campus Representative (Former Employee) – Atlanta, GA – January 29, 2020
“The company has one thing on its mind, going public! They are cutting staff, the value of the tribal knowledge that the staff has isn’t given any weight as they just transfer technical work and support to Manila.”

“Better have Internal Connections”
Account Executive (Former Employee) – Saint Paul, MN – January 31, 2020
“Not a great place to be if you want career advancement. Maybe 20% of people hit quota? I would look elsewhere if you are looking for a place to work in the ERP space”

Ambition Box

Likes
“One of the worst company to work with. No work from home(only for people working in night shifts). Also, work from home is approved from HR Director, instead of respective Managers. Contract says 8.5 hours of job but daily they will squeeze another 1 hour from personal time. Leave policy is worst in Infor, they give leaves on pro-rota basis and expect you not to take more then 3 leaves at a stretch in 1 year period.

Dislikes
Leave policy is worst. No work from home. No work life balance in cloud support team.
