Customer Reviews:

Date of experience: 07 February 2023
Topic: Been a regular tool supplier for years
Review Text: “Been regular tool supplier for more than 15 years. The General idea is to get good brands for about the same / barely more than what would pay “on the spot” for “substitute” generic tools. They can sometimes give good advice and guide you to options you didn’t know about.”
Rating: 5/5 stars

Date: 03 February 2023
Topic: Mediocre company at best
Review Text: “Next-day delivery turned up five days late; when emailed, they didn’t seem bothered, very misleading sizes also ended up wasting money on 1 1/2 cap v blocks that fit 20mm tube at best.”
Rating: 3/5 stars
Platform: Trust Pilot

Date: 23 January 2023
Topic: Great products and service. Shame about the website.
Review Text: “MSC carry a great range of products, and to keep it all in stock and achieve next-day delivery is admirable. The website is terrible though; impossible to navigate forwards/backwards or filter search results. If I hadn’t had the catalogue, I wouldn’t have continued ordering through the website. I imagine they lose a lot of online sales simply by people giving up trying to find what they’re after.”
