1st Review
Warehouse/Production Operative (Former Employee)
Date: Golborne – 15 November 2021
Topic: Extremely poor management
Review text:
“Senior Management with no management exp or qualifications, constant mass exodus of staff. Almost entire workforce do not want to be here. Shifts are good with plenty of time off on paper – in reality you have to go in on your days off to cover absence for no extra pay (pay backs) part of your contract. No training given. FLT trucks unsuitable for job, working indoors for 12 hours on a gas truck; headache galore.”
Pros
The salary is not bad.
Cons
You have to work on your allotted days off. Bad management.
