My first experience printing at Loxley. Ordered 2 copies of same image – one perfect & looked really great, but the other had a white blob slap bang in middle. Printer error. However after a quick email to Customer Services they promptly refunded my money for the print & apologised.

Employee Reviews on Glassdoor

1. 2 April 2019
“Some very toxic employees, spills over into the general level of professionalism and attitude towards work and clients”
Current Employee – Production Operator in Cumbernauld, Scotland
Have been working at Loxley Colour full-time for less than a year

Pros
Some good working systems in place as should be the case, some of them have been at it half their life and there consistently over staffed.

Some genuinely decent staff that just want to get on with it.

Cons
1930s style casual labour.

Advice to Management
“It’s great to take pride in your company, in your products but you’re very close to having a toxic poisonous core at the heart of the company, in believing your own press when its not strictly true, in becoming complacent. More focus on practicing what you preach, consistency day in day out, no deliberate thrown in mistakes when there’s absolutely no need for them and it’s beyond disrespectful to both high end clients and joe bloggs off the street customers.”

2. 21 October 2020
“I enjoy it here”
Current Employee – Anonymous Employee in Cumbernauld, Scotland
Have been working at Loxley Colour full-time for more than 3 years

Pros
Low pressure compared to many factories, friendly people, hands on management.

Cons
Haven’t found any cons really.
