“Lsh auto Whitefield have appalling…

Lsh auto Whitefield have appalling customer service and leave little to elevate their position with ratings.

After visiting their Whitefield site I was advised from one of their technicians that they would get back to me with an answer to whether a fault was covered on the warranty. I am still to receive an answer.The vehicle is only just over 13 months old!

I find that to purchase another Mercedes when im ready to change the car will almost certainly never be another Mercedes. Alarming, as I’ve had 5 in the last 6 years, just maybe they are not interested in keeping there loyal customer base satisfied. I find it agivating to go to such lengths to report their conduct to Mercedes direct. If anyone is interested in purchasing a GLE 400 a vehicle of considerable cost please look at other manufacturers. The joke is I turned down a deal with Land Rover to buy this. Fool on me but as the saying goes “once bitten twice shy”

“Horrendous Customer Service – Manchester Central

Horrendous experience in viewing and test driving a used GLA.

No returned emails or phone calls,

Left waiting in reception for over 20 minutes after my appointment, numerous LSH employees passed us with no communication to see if they could help, receptionist disappearing dead on 1800 without passing our details onto the sales exec we had an appointment with, sales exec phoning and asking where we were whilst being sat across the the show room from him, vehicle still sat in the show room and not prepared for a test drive (the main reason we called and made the appointment), Sales exec not really up for getting the car out for a test drive, due to the time and would only allow 1 person to test drive and only allowed 10 minutes (if you know this area, 10 mins gets you to the main traffic lights) as they were closing at 1830.

I would expect more from a main dealer, and especially from a prestige name in Mercedes Benz.

If this is the service at the sales point, what service should i expect if something goes wrong??

Stay away from LSH and try another dealer.”
