They fully understand the requirements of our business and they are always prepared to evolve and work with us to meet the needs of our expanding portfolio. Management is always responsive and set high standards for themselves and the officers they provide us, who integrate themselves fully and become one of the team. As a client, we are always looking to partner with companies who share our values and vision and who like Parexel display the critical characteristics of openness and transparency with a drive for continuous improvement. Without question, a critical success factor for Parexel has been UniTrust’s ability to tailor its service and support levels to the very specific needs of our business.
