Advice to Management
employ people who care and try to listen to them. There are better people out there.

The Job was ok you get your 12 h shift day and night. Problem in there you must work at chilled area so you feel cold and sometimes you have to curry very heavy thing.

• Chilled food manufacturer SK Chilled Foods is to create 30 new roles at its South Bank and Riverside sites in Middlesbrough.
• The company also completed work on a £1.7m, 5,188ft2 extension to one of its production sites to increase capacity.
