“We recently had the privilege of collaborating with Entre-Prises Climbing Walls to install a new climbing wall at Walla Walla University—where four of our engineers earned their degrees! Climbing walls like these are always a rewarding project to work on, especially when they give us a chance to give back to the places that helped shape us.”

Pros
• Products and activity are interesting
• They will allow you to take time off with no pay because they don’t offer more than a week vacation per year.
Cons
• In the middle of nowhere
• Lack of leadership all the way down to middle management. Closed door policy on not being allowed to discuss problems or solutions with a GM. Lack of employee engagement with departments’ directors.
• Paid by the hour and pay was minimal. Job started very early in morning which was a con, but it did allow us to have fridays off
