Strategy

Growth via Acquisition: The group acquired the entire share capital of Atlas (UK) Security Services Ltd-also a security guarding company-in order to enhance the strategic offering of the group in line with the strategy set out by management.

Emphasis on Sustainable and Profitable growth: The strategy set by the directors is for sustainable and profitable growth. The Board and Senior Management hold regular meetings to review business performance, ensure that the business remains on track to deliver its strategy and that the strategy remains relevant.

In fact, the directors are committed to supporting the communities that it serves and aims to minimise its impact on the environment through a number of initiatives. The business actively supports a range of organisations through donations and fundraising activities. Their people are encouraged to participate in volunteering activities and the business is developing an apprenticeship scheme to provide opportunities for development.

Focused on Talent Attraction, Development and Retention: The group directors recognise that the success of the business is dependent on attracting, retaining and motivating employees. The Senior Management Team work hard to develop a culture of success and achievement, offering those employees who wish to progress their careers, a clear development path. Testament of the success of this, is the fact that the three of the Senior Management Team have progressed through the business.

“I would always find the management were no where to be found when you needed them and your always constantly at different sites which is rather annoying”
