Negative Outlook
Disapproves of CEO
“I worked at Harris Hill full-time for less than a year”

Pros
There is nothing positive about working here.

Cons
This is the worst company I’ve ever worked for. The working environment and the culture is very negative. On my first day, my line manager who sat opposite me haven’t spoken to me. She walked passed me without even saying hello or welcome. Straight away I knew that was a red flag.[…] My training period wasn’t a smooth one and was very disorganised.
A lot of work wasn’t handed over by the person that provided training, hence I was very confused and wasn’t able to complete some task efficiently as I wanted to and my line manager wasn’t very helpful.

I decided to resign during my first month because of poor communication and no collaboration or teamwork which demotivated me. My manager literally begged me not leave and said I was doing well at my job. She became very friendly all of a sudden. She offered some training and support so I revoked my resignation letter and gave it another go. There was some aspects of the job she told me to leave for a while and she would do it and I should focus on other parts of the role which was more important so I can get up to speed.

Two weeks later she reported me to the CEO/ Deputy CEO saying I wasn’t doing my job up to standard and they terminated my contract. This was the same aspect of the job she told me to leave and she would do it. I felt like she totally set me up to fail. [..]The problem is the company and it’s poor management style.

I feel like I was treated very unfairly and unreasonable. The way they terminated my contract was very unprofessional. [..]I was actually warned by other employees that that’s the way they get rid of employees. It clearly shows this company doesn’t respect or think highly of their staff.I would never recommend anyone to work with this company. No one should have to go to a working environment unhappy or uncomfortable.

Advice to Management
Work on your attitude. The manner in which you get rid of employees doesn’t make you look good. Do it polite and professional so people like myself wouldn’t have to leave negative reviews.
