“It used to be a place with good team-work and agile like working style. But then it was gradually replaced with procedures and paperwork. Somehow what meant to make the work more structured led to having fewer interactions between the teams, less team-work and more politics. Filling in reports replaced achieving results and finding out who is wrong in the problem replaced fixing the problem first.”
