What is the prospect’s strategy and ambitions?
- The strategy of Pertemps is one shared by all Network Group companies. Businesses forge their own paths but benefit from being part of a wider group through cross-selling, shared intelligence and bringing added value to clients.
- Pertemps and Network Group merged to form the UK’s largest independently owned agency.
- Network Group is a diverse beast, made up over 50 companies each given autonomy to manage their business independently but with the added bonus of being able to work collaboratively with the wider group.
- The organisation was created to bring together a group of like-minded, successful recruitment businesses, specifically operating in niche markets, who could support one another’s growth through strategic partnerships.
Share-Based Payments
The Group Operates an equity-settled, share-based compensation plan, under which the entity receives services from employees as consideration for equity instruments (options) of the entity. The fair value of employee services received is measured by reference to the estimated fair value at the grant date of equity instruments granted and is recognised as an expense over the vesting period. The estimated fair value of the option granted is calculated using the Black Scholes option pricing model
In addition, the Company operates a Share Incentive Plan for its employees. The SIP awards “Free Shares” and Partnership Shares” are given to eligible employees

Transport coordinator for DHL transport (Former Employee) – Thrapston, Northamptonshire – 29 August 2020 (4/5)
“Gives opportunity to improve your skills and promote
Agency is giving you an opportunity to promote, managers are helpful as long as you express any interest in learning new skills. I think they should pay more when they promote people, often they take people eagerness for working harder as something given. The only reason I worked harder knowing I am underpaid was because I knew I am learning something new and that I will leave them for a company who is going to pay me better. If paid better I would stay and benefits from it would be mutual for me and for them as I know company they hired me for payed them quite a lot for an office worker. They make money but they need to seek for new people and spend time on training loosing in everyone’s eyes just because they wanted to save few pounds a day.”
Pros
opportunity to promote, fair maternity program
Cons
Pay
Warehouse Operative (Former Employee) – Wellingborough, Northamptonshire – 10 September 2020 (1/5)
“Horrible, absolute joke
Horrible,
The worst agency I have ever worked for. I have worked for them for 12 weeks and had problems with my payslip EVERY single week. The staff was very unhelpful and I had to fight for my money every single week.
Now that I left they still owe me 12h they are unwilling to pay.”
Pros
None
Cons

Pertemps is a good company to work for, if you are prepared to put in the hours even though they are only temporary assignments.
you will need to be prepared to travel at a moments notice if you do not have a long term assignment”
