“Awful place to work
Ok positives were that there were a few goods eggs within the company, you got the cost of living raise each year, annual leave allowance was good but the bad totally outweigh that.
They have a lot of employees that I would say are institutionalised within the organisation. They are worked there for years and no nothing different and comes with this is an attitude of they know better and they get preferential treatment. The abuse the system as they work mainly on the road and can take off as much time as they like. The manipulate the system. The senior management in the company treat you and speak to you really badly and have no respect. Again comes the attitude of well I have been here for years, my job is secure, you have to do what you are told to do. The have lots of family members working there and basically the owners son has worked in every department and gets fast tracked through everything. He demands annual leave and gets it, he demands a salary increase and he gets it. Even his partner is the same. There are what is called untouchable because anyone dare say the treatment is unfair and wrong then your head is for the chopping board as daddy will throw a fit.
The group managing director, doesn’t really care about the employees at all. Just wants bottom line figures. The MD’s of Single Resource and Extra Personnel are laws unto themselves.”

“Too many ‘Managers’
Worked here for 8 years. Was offered nothing in the way of progression. My Manager was like a child and I would not recommend working for the Head office at all. Too clicky and not appreciated by anybody.
The only benefit was getting a cost of living rise each year and getting your birthday off paid for.”
Pros
Birthday off paid
Cons
Managers who can’t manage
