Horrible environment
Former Employee – Anonymous Employee

Fellow workers are very decent people, considering the toxic working enviroment. The vending machine is usually well stocked. Really struggling to find 20 words.

Rubbish pay, long hours, no leadership, management who have no idea what they are doing, no pay rise for 4 years, while company makes more money than it ever has. Bullying culture towards employees.

1. 12 September 2020 – ORDER PACKER (Former Employee) – East Kilbride, South Lanarkshire
My job was an order packer. I was scanning medication on a computer. The managers were terrible when faced with a problem. If you weren’t a favorite of theirs, you were hated.
I wouldn’t recommend working here. I worked there for the money. Even then, it wasn’t worth the hassle.
