Not happy that your staff are wearing face masks UNDER THEIR NOSE. Surely they have been trained about COVID and know that they need to wear them concerning both their nose AND their mouth?”

“No food!!
I popped in on Friday and ordered breakfast roll and drink. Service at the counter was very good. Told slight delay on food. Was still waiting an hour later! Asked assistant after 25 minutes but she never came back with a reply (or food). After an hour I went back to counter to ask for a refund. Full of apologies, but that didn’t help and I went away hungry and fed up.”
