Case Studies

1. Knight Frank Case
Service: Research & Insights, Employer Branding, Marketing, Recruitment
Website

Wiser’s Solution:
To achieve their objectives, they carried out an ECVP research project to understand what talent, who previously may have never considered a career in property, thought of the industry and of Knight Frank. They balanced this with interviews with current talent and Partners of Knight Frank to understand what the biggest draws and benefits are for early careers talent starting out in their career.

This ECVP project informed the development of an early careers brand focused on inviting talent to join Knight Frank to ‘Build your potential’. They also supported Knight Frank in adapting its internship programme into a virtual insight programme to adapt to the effects of COVID-19

2. Sainsbury’s Tech Case
Service: Employer Brand, Early Careers & Marketing
Website

Wiser’s Solution:
They developed a campaign with data and technology at the heart of its creative work. Sainsbury’s Tech is not a startup – it has the infrastructure of a multi-brand, multi-channel business. And it has 150 years’ worth of data to help shape the future of technology in the retail space. For a graduate audience, this offers the stability of a company steeped in history with the tools and infrastructure to support impressive learning and growth, alongside the challenge of a business that is still growing.
