“Frustrating place of work

7 days 12-hour shifts. Yes, we get days off in between them 7 days but we get countless calls from management to fill because a lot of people have left or never turned up for shifts. A lot of managers that did not like certain employees based on skin tone and the client they worked with were not any better. The pay per hour wasn’t too bad but for what we had to do, it wasn’t worth it. Imagine 12 hours on your feet and even on our break you are not allow to rest without a manager coming to disturb you or tell you to come to the office or your colleague just making so much noise. That’s just part of the nonsense that went on in that place.”
