“Management has no respect for you or work/life balance. Expect you to devote yourself to work and focus on nothing else. No benefits or pay raises, tips are meek and pay terrible, considering casinos constantly spend on prize draws and benefits for customers. Cannot drink a coffee without being penalised for it.

Pros: going home, colleagues are nice
