“Pramworld has been invaluable from the minute I came shopping. Linda had the best advice and left us feeling confident with our purchase and the assembly of items. The pram is even better than I remember it, and couldn’t recommend Pramworld enough for its price, quality, customer service and also advice. I knew more about the car seat than I could ever find on Google, and the staff’s knowledge is fantastic.”

“This company has caused me undue stress with their poor service and communication. They may be priced cheaper than their competitors, but that’s due to their poor service ability. They have failed to read emails and then delayed orders being placed, leaving me without the equipment I wanted in a timely manner.”

Review text:
“Ordered a 3-piece Modena Tutti Bambini furniture set from Winstanley’s Pramworld online. At checkout, it said 2-3 weeks delivery time—I ordered on the 8th of October so 3 weeks would have been the 29th. After two and a half weeks with no update, I emailed them and on the 26th of October, they advised it wouldn’t even come into stock with Tutti Bambini themselves until the 9th of November. Customer service should not wait until your product is due to tell you your product is going to be late, but such seems to be the case in these modern times. It finally arrived on the 11th of November, and when we assembled it all, we were displeased to see that two of the three-piece set had scratches and dirty markings. I emailed them on the 15th of November to address the issue and was met with silence. It is now the 22nd of December, and I’ve still heard nothing. Based on customer service alone, I would not recommend this company.”
